AUSC are delighted to advise that Tony Sacca has been reappointed for season 2023.Tony will look to build on 2022, recruit some fresh faces and continue to increase the standards in session that directly translate to improvements come game day. This requires dedication and commitment in training paired with sound preparation off field to ensure the players desire translates to high energy football.Our group is made up of a stabile group of talented players who have a real desire to chase success. Many of the group have been with us some several years and are coming into their prime. We are excited by the what 2023 offers and look to see Tony get the best from them.Tony brings experience of both a player of many years at NPL level along with years as both an assistant and a head coach in his own right. Paired, we see a communication style suited to the women’s game that is appreciated by the players.His ability to push players in a manner that’s respectful, but ensure players make the most of their abilities .Mark Bosio, the clubs Director of Coaching feels Tony is the right coach for this particular group of players. The groups fantastic, loyal and focused. Tony and his assistants are excited by the quality they have to work with and can’t wait to get started once Pre Season commences in November this year.
