TRAINING CANCELLED tonight Monday 18th February due to 39 degrees and FFSA Hot Weather Policy.
Very Important
All announcements, team selections, training updates, fixtures etc will be posted on the AUSC website. This is your first port of call for information. We will not be emailing (as it is too hit and miss, texting or calling). We encourage you to check this site regularly. It is currently being upgraded but is working and fully viable for all required information.

Training
Training attendance records are being taken at each session.
NO STUDDED BOOTS – grasscats, indoor, runners or Copa Mondials ONLY. Anyone wearing boots will be unable to train as per Adelaide University summer ground requirements. Chris Haralam (AUSC Chairperson) has spoken to all coaches and players have been informed numerous times. You should be bringing runners to every session.
